Marvel Rivals Ignite 2026 Stage 2: The Road Ahead
The Mid-Season Finals have come to a close, and Marvel Rivals IGNITE 2026 now moves into Stage 2.
With teams returning to regional competition, Stage 2 brings a fresh race for championship points, new matchups, and new opportunities to make their mark on the season. After months of competition across four regions, the stakes are higher and every series will play a role in shaping the road ahead.
From the teams competing to the format, schedule, and key storylines to watch, here’s everything you need to know about Marvel Rivals IGNITE 2026 Stage 2.
Schedule and teams
Stage 2 will be played across two phases:
Group Stage: September 17 – October 4
Playoffs: October 8 – October 18
Key Dates:
- October 11: PAC Regional Final
- October 18: AMER, EMEA, and CN Regional Finals
Format
AMER & EMEA: Each region’s 12 teams will be divided into two groups based on their Stage 1 ranking. Each group will compete in a round-robin format with Best of Three (BO3) matches, with the top four teams from each group advancing to the Playoffs, for eight Playoff teams per region.
CN: The eight teams will compete in a single group using a round-robin format with Best of Three (BO3) matches. The top six teams will advance to the Playoffs.
PAC: The Asia and Oceania Group Stages will be held separately. Six teams will advance from Asia and two from Oceania, forming the eight-team Pacific Playoffs field.
All regional Playoffs will be played in a double elimination bracket format. All Playoff matches will be Best of Five (BO5), except for the Grand Finals, which will be Best of Seven (BO7).
Tournament prize pool
The Stage 2 prize pool totals $650,000, with the regional breakdown detailed below.

Tournament version and map
Stage 2 will be played on Season 10 across all regions. The new map Thebes will also be added to the map pool. A new Domination map will also be added to the map pool for the Playoffs.
Grand Finals Spots
A total of 12 teams will qualify:
- AMER: 4 teams
- EMEA: 4 teams
- PAC: 2 teams
- CN: 2 teams
The Grand Finals location will be revealed at a later date. Stay tuned for more details on where the Grand Finals will take place!
